Select Medical is pleased to announce the relocation of its head office and warehousing facility during September 2010 to a new build in Blackburn, Lancashire. The new site is located close to the M65 with excellent access to the regions motorway network and provides space and flexibility in which to expand further.
Relocation to this inspiring building is a key component of a strategy laid out by General Manager, David Elstone. "It's fantastic news and important for the continued development of the company. The move further supports our promise of unrivalled service support and marks another significant step forward" said David.
Business Development Manager, Ernie Roughley commented, "I'm really excited by the prospect of this move. My history of Logistics Management to Blue Chip organisations will prove beneficial in meeting the needs of our ever increasing customer base."
This is the latest chapter in the development of the pressure care company that started out as a man and van operation in 2001. Through ongoing hard work and investment Select has continuously built on its reputation for quality and reliability and continues to grow and support an excellent distributor network with its own specialist Select Series and OLA Series pressure care products. The company also maintains a healthy band of important clients across the NHS, Social Services, Private Hospital and Care Home sectors.
