Select Medical is delighted to announce a re-shuffle of its management team and the arrival of three new employees this last quarter.
In a restructure of the management team, David Elstone will replace Ray Booth as General Manager. "Ray has worked hard for Select Medical, striving to establish the company in a highly competitive market place. He will continue to utilise his extensive industry knowledge concentrating on new products from local and global manufacturers, as well as developing and maintaining business relationships. Also, following seven successful years in our service department, John Watkin has recently joined our sales team" David said. "This is an ideal time for change and all part of our ongoing ten year business plan to expand the company. Our distinctly independent structure means that we are not controlled by the short-term needs of individual shareholders and can focus on the future with long-term strategies of vision and leadership."
Ernie Roughley joins the Select Medical team working as Business Development Manager. His appointment compliments our existing capability in servicing a wide range of institutional, private and government clients. Ernie has enjoyed a varied and exciting career within a large international organisation spanning almost 30 years. This has included roles in finance, sales and logistics management.
“I am absolutely delighted to be joining such a professional company as Select Medical,” Ernie said. “This is an extraordinary and unpredictable period within the pressure care market and clients now, more than ever, require the highest standards of product and professional service. Select Medical is ideally placed to be able to provide such products and service and I am really looking forward to contributing to the future success of the business.”
Melanie Longrigg and Arron Nevins have also recently joined the sales team. David Elstone said, "Melanie has a wealth of experience in sales and will bring a determined and cheery attitude. Arron is a bright and talented young man with a great future ahead of him here at Select Medical."
